After you start the program, you click on the menu to display either your
list of plots (gravesites) or your list of owners. Initially, your list will be
empty and you can click on a "New" button to create a record. You will
receive a blank form into which you can enter information about a single plot or
owner. When the form has been filled to your satisfaction, click "OK"
to store the record and blank the form for the next record. At any time
after you have entered your list you can scroll through it to find a record of
interest and click on it. You can then click on an "Edit" button
to display the form with all the information you previously entered for this
plot or owner. Any item of information can be corrected. Buttons are
available to re-sort your list to any of several sequences to help locate a
record. You can also filter your list to narrow your view to only those
records which match your filter criteria. While you are viewing your list
of records you can select any of several reports for printing. Many
reports are controlled by the same sequence and filters you set up to view your
list.
