How does the Cemetery Management System work?

After you start the program, you click on the menu to display either your list of plots (gravesites) or your list of owners. Initially, your list will be empty and you can click on a "New" button to create a record. You will receive a blank form into which you can enter information about a single plot or owner. When the form has been filled to your satisfaction, click "OK" to store the record and blank the form for the next record.  At any time after you have entered your list you can scroll through it to find a record of interest and click on it.  You can then click on an "Edit" button to display the form with all the information you previously entered for this plot or owner.  Any item of information can be corrected.  Buttons are available to re-sort your list to any of several sequences to help locate a record.  You can also filter your list to narrow your view to only those records which match your filter criteria.  While you are viewing your list of records you can select any of several reports for printing.  Many reports are controlled by the same sequence and filters you set up to view your list.

Other questions we've been asked.

Do you have a demo program we can get our hands on?
Sorry, no, at this time we do not have a demo program. What we do offer is a 60-day money back guarantee. If you do find that the system fails to meet your needs, simply de-install the system and send it back for a full refund.
Is there other information I can get to show my Cemetery Board?
Yes, we do have a small additional packet of information we can send. All you need do is send us your postal address and request the information packet. Or we invite you to email us directly and request this information. Be sure and include your postal address when requesting.
Does your system support cemetery mapping?
No, this is not a graphics system. To implement a computerized system you must define a coding technique to uniquely identify every gravesite.  Once that has been put to use, we believe many customers find less need for the cemetery maps. Our customer support website does, however, have a couple of recommendations for programs which can be used to draw cemetery maps.
